Terms & Conditions for SowGood

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SowGood mobile application, website (sowgood.app), web dashboard (my.sowgood.app), and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by ITHINKSOW LLC ("SowGood," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

SowGood is designed for adults. You must be at least 13 — the AI Assistants run inside ChatGPT, and OpenAI requires it — and you must meet the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

2. What SowGood Provides

SowGood is a Christ-centered coaching platform that provides:

  • AI Assistants grounded in biblical wisdom and published Christian works
  • Vetted faith-based coaches
  • Live group coaching sessions
  • Personal and spiritual growth content

The AI Assistants operate through a third-party application (ChatGPT), which you may be required to install on your device. By using the AI Assistants, you acknowledge that your interactions are also subject to the third-party provider's (OpenAI) own terms of use.

3. AI Disclaimer

The AI Assistants are designed to direct you toward counsel with God through His Holy Spirit, and to offer additional ideas for you to consider and ponder together with God. They provide general guidance for personal and spiritual growth. Although the suggestions and ideas generated by the AI Assistants are designed to be grounded in true Christian principles, it is absolutely essential that you test, prove, and confirm all things with God.

The AI Assistants:

  • Use artificial intelligence to generate responses
  • May sometimes produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
  • Are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or legal counsel

You agree that:

  • You will use your own judgment and seek God's guidance when applying AI responses
  • SowGood is not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on AI output

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant SowGood a limited license to store, process, and display that content to operate the Services.

You may not submit content that is:

  • Illegal, abusive, or harmful
  • In violation of someone else's rights
  • Exploitative or endangering of minors

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Free Trials, Payments & Subscriptions

Some subscriptions include a free introductory trial period (currently 14 days). A valid payment method is required to start a trial.

When you start a free trial:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Before you confirm, you will see the exact amount and date of your first payment
  • At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to the regular paid plan and your payment method is charged at the current subscription price
  • You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends

Subscriptions:

  • Are purchased and managed through the SowGood app and our web dashboard (my.sowgood.app), via a third-party payment processor
  • Renew automatically unless canceled
  • May be canceled at any time from the Membership page in the app (Manage Billing)
  • Remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

Refunds:

  • Membership payments (monthly, annual, and Family) are not refundable. The free trial is there so you can decide before you pay. You may cancel future renewals at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Founding Lifetime memberships are also not refundable. It is a one-time purchase, so please be certain before you buy.

SowGood does not store payment information or process transactions directly. Billing and payment disputes are handled by our payment provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse or harass others
  • Attempt to access systems without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the Services
  • Use the Services for illegal purposes

7. Privacy

Your use of SowGood is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Some data may remain in backups or logs as required for legal and security reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

SowGood, its branding, content, and software belong to ITHINKSOW LLC.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Services.

10. No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SowGood is not liable for:

  • AI errors or inaccuracies
  • Decisions you make based on content
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Actions or policies of third-party providers (including OpenAI)

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept any changes.
