Delete Your Account
You can delete your SowGood account yourself, in the app or on the web. Deleting it is permanent and can’t be undone.
Only want to stop paying? You can cancel your membership instead and keep your account.
Step by step
How to delete your account
Sign in
Open the SowGood app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open your profile
Tap your profile picture (or your initials) at the top of the Home screen.
Open Account Settings
Tap Settings, then Account Settings.
Delete your account
Tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
On a computer? Sign in at my.sowgood.app and follow the same steps.
Removing the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account or cancel your membership.
What happens
What deleting your account does
- Your account and your sign-in are removed for good.
- Your profile is deleted, along with what’s connected to it, including your profile picture, journal, event registrations, reviews, notifications, and chat messages.
- An active membership is canceled, so you won’t be charged again.
- A Founding Lifetime membership belongs to the account, so it ends when the account is deleted.
- It can’t be undone. If you come back later, you’ll start with a new account.
- Some records, such as payment records, may be kept where the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Need a hand?
If you can’t delete it yourself
Teachers and Content Creators: if your account has events or courses on SowGood, the app can’t close it by itself. Email support@sand.sowgood.app and we’ll close it with you.
Can’t sign in? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, or email support@sand.sowgood.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
Only want to stop paying? Cancel your membership instead: in the app, tap your profile picture, then Settings, Membership, and Manage Billing. You keep access until the end of the time you’ve paid for.
